Strategy Development:
In collaboration with the consulting firm Strategy Matters Inc., provided funding research, agency analysis, and strategic planning for both start-up and established non-profits in the greater Boston area.

Grant Writer:
Successfully obtained $700K in funding from the Department of Justice and $70K from the Executive Office of Public Safety on behalf of the Disabled Persons Protection Commission.

Event Coordination:
Conceptualized, marketed, and Implemented 50 person fundraising event to benefit the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC). Introduced 50 new donors to agency.

Conference Planning:
Coordinated statewide Victim Rights Conference for the Massachusetts Office For Victim Assistance. Attended by over 600 victim rights advocates, survivors, legislators and law enforcement.

Worked collaboratively with the National Association of VOCA Administrators (NAVAA) to coordinate and implement two 5 day national conferences in Newport, RI, and Buffalo, NY.
